Anti-EPHX2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and raised against the EPHX2 protein. The reagent is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and is accompanied by four scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 30–240 of human EPHX2 (NP_001970.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, at a lot-specific concentration, and has been affinity-purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 63 kDa. Manufacturer-recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C; aliquot on receipt and store at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
