Anti-EPHX1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against recombinant human EPHX1 (epoxide hydrolase 1) and affinity-purified using the immunogen. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The antibody is unconjugated and is intended for the detection of endogenous total EPHX1 protein in western blotting, immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The 50 µl format is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
