Anti-Ephrin-B3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Ephrin-B3 (EFNB3) and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, unconjugated and formulated in rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It detects endogenous levels of total Ephrin-B3 protein in human, mouse and rat samples, having been generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the human Ephrin-B3 sequence and purified by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Researchers should expect clear bands on Western blots of cell lysates (as demonstrated on SKOV3 extracts) and specific staining on paraffin-embedded tissue sections, exemplified by immunohistochemical analysis of human brain tissue. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
