Anti-Ephrin-B2 Antibody

Raised in rabbits by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody reagent specifically recognizes Ephrin-B2, a transmembrane ligand that binds EphB receptor tyrosine kinases on neighboring cells. Ephrin-B2 participates in bidirectional signaling that shapes vascular development, arterial-venous specification, and axon pathfinding during embryogenesis, and the protein remains relevant in adult tissues where it contributes to tumor angiogenesis, blood-brain barrier maintenance, and neural crest migration.

The unconjugated Ig preparation is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, packaged as a 100 µl liquid aliquot for short-term laboratory use. Applications validated on this product include Western blot analysis and immunohistochemistry; reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples, allowing the reagent to be used across species in developmental biology and vascular pathology studies.
