Description

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Ephrin-B1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 317 (phospho-Y317). It is unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB) on human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Ephrin-B1 around the phosphorylation site at Tyr317, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Ephrin-B1 protein only when phosphorylated at that residue. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

Observed molecular weights are approximately 38 and 45 kDa.
