Description

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Ephrin B1/B2/B3 phosphorylated at tyrosine 324 is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for research use. The antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to the sequence around tyrosine 324 (G-D-Y(p)-G-H) of human Ephrin B1/B2/B3. Specificity is restricted to endogenous levels of Ephrin B1/B2/B3 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 324. The product is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific phosphopeptide, with non-phospho-specific antibodies removed by chromatography against the non-phosphopeptide.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1000 for Western blotting and 1:50–1:100 for immunohistochemistry. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
