Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Ephrin-B1/2 (Q324) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It is supplied unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300-340 of Human Ephrin-B1. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Ephrin-B protein and is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Observed molecular weights are approximately 38, 45, and 59 kDa.
It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
