Anti-Ephrin-B1 / 2 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets endogenous Ephrin-B1 / 2 and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific peptide immunogen derived from human Ephrin-B1 / 2 around the non-phosphorylation site of Y330. Validated applications include ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent is unconjugated with an IgG isotype background. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of Ephrin-B1 / 2 expression. For best stability, the vial is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
