Anti-Ephrin-A4 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this antibody targets the GPI-anchored ephrin ligand EFNA4 (Ephrin-A4), a membrane-associated signaling protein best known for engaging EphA2, EphA4, and EphA7 receptors in studies of cell migration, axon guidance, angiogenesis, and tumor microenvironment remodeling.

Provided in a 100 µl vial, the antibody recognizes the human and mouse orthologs and is validated for western blot and ELISA. Cell and tissue lysates are typical inputs for the western blot workflow, while indirect ELISA setups can be used to detect recombinant EFNA4 or to quantify expression in conditioned media.
