Ephrin-A1 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored membrane-bound ligand that activates EphA receptor tyrosine kinases, regulating cell repulsion, angiogenesis, axon guidance, and tumor vasculature remodeling. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and recognizes the native Ephrin-A1 ligand across human, mouse, and rat sample origins, supporting reproducible western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and ELISA workflows.

The antibody is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot and is intended for research use only in studies of EphA receptor signaling, vascular biology, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition. As a primary antibody, it binds directly to the target without a conjugated reporter, allowing researchers to pair it with their preferred secondary detection chemistry and adapt it to multiple experimental readouts.
