Anti-Ephrin-A1 Antibody

This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbits against Ephrin-A1, a GPI-anchored cell surface ligand for EphA receptor tyrosine kinases. Each vial ships with 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is qualified for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human, mouse, and rat samples.

Ephrin-A1 drives vascular patterning, axonal pathfinding, and tumor-associated angiogenesis through forward and reverse Eph/ephrin signaling. The antibody recognizes the endogenous ligand in whole-cell lysates and formalin-fixed tissue sections, supporting studies of tumor microenvironments, neural crest migration, and vascular remodeling. Reactivity has been confirmed across the listed human, mouse, and rat orthologs.
