Anti-EphB6 (D881) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit and directed against EphB6 (D881). The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. According to the manufacturer, the immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 851–900 of human EphB6, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of EphB6 protein.

The antibody was affinity-purified using the epitope-specific immunogen and has a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target EphB6 is recognised at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 119 kDa.
