Anti-EPHB6 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a research-grade primary antibody, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the EPHB6 receptor — also referenced as Eph type-B 6, HEP, or tyrosine-protein kinase-defective receptor EPH-6. The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide corresponding to an internal region of human EPHB6 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, ensuring recognition of endogenous total EPHB6 protein. Supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, the unconjugated preparation is formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it cross-reacts with samples from human, mouse, and rat origins, making it suitable for comparative studies across species.
