Anti-EphB4 (E601) Antibody

This primary antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against EphB4 (E601). It is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications on Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 580–630 of human EphB4, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of EphB4 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 108 kDa. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
