Anti-EPHB4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting EPHB4 (Eph receptor B4/HTK) is available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography, the antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 300–540 of human EPHB4 (NP_004435.3), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 108 kDa. For Western blot, a recommended working dilution of 1:200–1:2,000 is advised. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
