EphB3 is a member of the Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family, binding membrane-anchored ephrin-B ligands to regulate cell positioning, axon guidance, and vascular development. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the EphB3 receptor and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant, ready for dilution into standard Western Blot workflows.

The antibody has been validated for Western Blot across human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting comparative studies of receptor tyrosine kinase signaling in developmental neurobiology, axon pathfinding research, and oncology where dysregulated EphB3 expression has been linked to tumor cell invasion and migration phenotypes. The polyclonal format recognizes multiple epitopes, which is advantageous when probing denatured receptor fragments in tissue lysate preparations.

For handling, aliquot the reagent upon first thaw to limit freeze-thaw cycles of the stock vial and store at -20°C; the glycerol formulation also tolerates short-term handling at 4°C. Sodium Azide at 0.1% prevents microbial contamination. The unconjugated format permits flexibility in downstream labeling, including HRP, fluorescent dyes, or biotin depending on the chosen Western Blot detection chemistry.
