Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG, this unconjugated primary antibody targets Ephrin type-B receptor 3 (EPHB3), a receptor tyrosine kinase central to contact-dependent cell signaling through membrane-anchored ephrin-B ligands. Validated for Western Blot application, the reagent from Antibodies.com cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting expression studies across neuroscience, developmental biology, and oncology laboratories.

EPHB3 drives bidirectional signaling cascades that regulate cell migration, adhesion, axon guidance, and tissue boundary formation. The receptor is well-characterized in intestinal epithelial cell positioning along the crypt-villus axis and has been investigated in colorectal carcinoma and other malignancies, where dysregulated Eph/ephrin signaling contributes to tumor invasion and vascular remodeling.

Each vial contains 100 µl of polyclonal antibody. Aliquot upon arrival and store frozen at -20°C; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Working aliquots may be refrigerated for short-term use. This reagent is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
