Anti-EPHB2 Antibody

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 250-540 of human EPHB2 (NP_059145.2). It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 117 kDa. Recommended WB dilution is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
