Anti-EphB1/2/3/4 (Y594) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against EphB1/2/3/4 (Y594), supplied as an unconjugated primary reagent validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC). The antibody reacts with human and mouse samples and is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 560-610 of human EphB1 as the immunogen, and the specificity profile is consistent with detection of endogenous levels of EphB1/2/3/4 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and recognises a target of approximately 118 kDa.
