Anti-EPHA7 (phospho-Y608) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against EPHA7 phosphorylated at tyrosine 608. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human EPHA7 around the phosphorylation site of Tyr608, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of EPHA7 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr608. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is approximately 112 kDa.
