Phosphorylation at tyrosine 608 of EPHA7 (Ephrin type-A receptor 7) regulates its kinase activity and downstream signaling in neuronal development and certain cancer contexts. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the phospho-Y608 epitope and validated for Western blot detection across human, mouse, and rat samples. Supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in phosphate buffered saline with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the reagent works well as a probe for studying ephrin receptor signaling, axon guidance pathways, and tumor cell migration. Polyclonal reactivity broadens epitope coverage, while the unconjugated format lets researchers pair it with HRP, fluorophore, or biotin secondary reagents of their choice.
