Anti-EphA7 (E477) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against EphA7, with specificity directed to the E477 epitope. The unconjugated reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 443–495 of human EphA7, and the polyclonal antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of EphA7 protein.

The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 112 kDa.
