Anti-EphA7 Antibody

Sourced from Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the Eph receptor A7 (EphA7) and is supplied in a 50 µl liquid format at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, namely a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human EphA7, and is presented unconjugated and free of additional fluorophores or reporter tags. It is validated for ELISA and Western blot (WB) applications and is reported to detect endogenous levels of EphA7 protein across Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it a suitable choice for cross-species receptor tyrosine kinase studies. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
