Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the EPHA6 protein and is raised in rabbit. It is supplied in unconjugated form and is validated for Western blot applications, reacting with Human and Mouse samples.
The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human EPHA6 and detects endogenous levels of EPHA6 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody recognises a target with a molecular weight of approximately 116 kDa.
