Description
From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody is validated for Western blot and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It specifically targets EphA3 only when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 602.
The antibody is raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human EphA3 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 602, and detects endogenous levels of EphA3 phosphorylated at Tyr602. It was affinity-purified using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Observed molecular weight is ~ 110, 135 kDa.
Supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. One scientific validation image is provided.
