EphA3 is a member of the ephrin receptor subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases, participating in cell-cell signaling during embryonic development, axon guidance, and vascular patterning. Altered EphA3 activity has been reported in lung adenocarcinoma, melanoma, and glioblastoma, where it is studied as a candidate biomarker and therapeutic target.
From Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated antiserum, validated for western blot and ELISA on human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated format supports custom conjugation in laboratory workflows. Store refrigerated; aliquot to reduce freeze-thaw cycles. For research use only.
