Anti-EphA3 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets EphA3, a member of the Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family that governs cell migration, axon guidance, and tissue boundary formation during embryonic development. The unconjugated reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, adjusted to approximately pH 7.2, and is validated for Western Blot detection across human, mouse, and rat sample types. The EphA3 protein runs near 130 kDa, allowing clear resolution on standard SDS-PAGE gels, and the polyclonal format offers recognition of multiple epitopes, which can enhance signal strength in immunoblotting of cell lysates and tissue homogenates.
