Anti-EPHA3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to EPHA3, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent raised in rabbit. The antibody is reactive against human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for use in Western blot, with immunohistochemistry (IHC) also listed among its applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 400-545 of human EPHA3 (NP_005224.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.
