Anti-EphA2 (phospho-Y588) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against EphA2 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 588. It is unconjugated and validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human EphA2 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 588, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of EphA2 protein when phosphorylated at Tyr588.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 130 kDa.
