Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against EphA2, supplied unconjugated for use in western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The reagent was generated using recombinant full length human EphA2 as the immunogen and, according to the manufacturer, detects endogenous levels of EphA2 protein.
Validated on human, mouse and rat samples, the antibody is provided at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 108 kDa.
