Anti-EPHA2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Eph receptor A2 (EPHA2) is available from Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, and it has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

It is recommended for Western blot (WB) applications, and the supplier also lists immunohistochemistry (IHC). The antibody is supplied as a liquid and is purified by affinity chromatography.

According to the manufacturer's datasheet, the molecular weight of the target is 125 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 280–530 of human EPHA2 (accession NP_004422.2).
