Anti-EphA2/3/4 (T587) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets EphA2/3/4 (T587) and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 550–600 of Human EphA2. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of EphA2/3/4 protein at threonine 587/595. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The expected molecular weight is approximately 112 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
