Anti-EPHA2 / 3 / 4 (Ab-588 / 596) Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated antibody targets a conserved autophosphorylation motif shared by three receptor tyrosine kinases: EPHA2 (Tyr588), EPHA3, and EPHA4 (Tyr596). These residues sit within the activation loop of each kinase domain, so the reagent preferentially detects the activated, signalling-competent form of each receptor in human samples.

Validated for western blot and immunofluorescence, the reagent supports studies of Eph receptor signalling in cancer cell lines, endothelial cells, and neuronal models where receptor activation drives invasion, angiogenesis, or axon guidance. The unconjugated format allows flexible downstream labelling with HRP, fluorescent, or biotin secondary reagents depending on the experimental workflow.
