Anti-EPCAM Antibody

This unconjugated monoclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the epithelial cell adhesion molecule, a roughly 40 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein routinely used to distinguish epithelial-derived cells and carcinomas from surrounding tissue. Produced in mouse as an IgM isotype—an unusual clonality for EPCAM reagents—its reactivity spans both human and murine samples, supporting translational workflows that move between patient-derived material and mouse xenograft or syngeneic models.

Validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry, the antibody serves studies of epithelial lineage commitment, carcinoma marker profiling, and circulating tumor cell enrichment.
