Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets EPC1 and is raised in rabbit hosts. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications on human and mouse samples.
The reagent was generated using recombinant full length human EPC1 as the immunogen, and the polyclonal antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of EPC1 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 93 kDa, and the antibody is of the IgG isotype.
