Anti-EPB41L2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets EPB41L2. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated.

Validated for Western blot (WB), the antibody has also been validated by the manufacturer for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity reported for human samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-210 of human EPB41L2, and the antibody was affinity-purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 180 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:200-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, shipped at 4°C and stored at -20°C in aliquots to avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
