Anti-EP300 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting EP300 (also known as KAT3B/p300), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody has been validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity demonstrated against human, mouse, and rat samples. Manufacturer-recommended starting dilutions are 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–270 of human EP300 (NP_001420.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
