Anti-EP3 (R39) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against EP3 (R39). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent reacts with human samples. According to the manufacturer's specificity data, the antibody detects endogenous levels of EP3 protein. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the N-terminus of human EP3.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 40 kDa.
