Anti-EP-CAM Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their primary antibody portfolio, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against human EP-CAM (epithelial cell adhesion molecule) and is designed to detect endogenous levels of the target protein. The product is supplied as a 50 µL liquid at 1 mg/mL, formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the internal region of human EP-CAM. It is unconjugated and validated for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), and ICC/IF applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples.
