This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets ENTPD3, a plasma-membrane ectonucleotidase that hydrolyzes extracellular ATP and ADP into AMP and inorganic phosphate, contributing to the regulation of purinergic signaling at the cell surface. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied as a 50 µl aliquot, raised in rabbit and delivered as a polyclonal IgG preparation intended for western blot workflows.

ENTPD3, also referred to as NTPDase3 or CD39L3, is a member of the CD39-related ectoenzyme family. It is expressed most prominently in neural tissue, with notable levels reported in midbrain structures and in pancreatic islet cells, and it is also found in certain epithelial populations. The reagent shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, enabling cross-species western blot investigation of ENTPD3 expression in tissue lysates and cell line extracts prepared from each of these origins.

For western blot, the antibody can be paired with standard anti-rabbit horseradish peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase secondaries and chemiluminescent or colorimetric substrates. Aliquot upon arrival and store refrigerated to preserve activity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles. The unconjugated format also leaves room for users to conjugate the reagent themselves if custom labeling is needed for downstream applications beyond standard western blot detection of endogenous ENTPD3 protein levels.
