ENTPD3 (ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 3, also known as CD39L3 or NTPDase 3) is a cell-surface nucleotidase that hydrolyzes extracellular ATP and ADP to AMP. The Antibodies.com rabbit polyclonal anti-ENTPD3 reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in a 200 µl vial, validated for Western blot of human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated format pairs cleanly with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies and chemiluminescent Western blot substrates. Published studies have used this reagent to map beta-cell populations in rodent models of type 1 diabetes and to evaluate ENTPD3 expression across normal and tumor tissue panels. Strong ENTPD3 expression is reported on pancreatic islet beta cells, in neurons, and in selected epithelia. For long-term preservation, aliquot the stock at -20°C in working volumes to limit freeze-thaw cycles, protect the vial from light, and avoid storing diluted antibody at 4°C for more than a few days. This reagent is intended for research use only.
