Anti-ENTPD1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ENTPD1 (also known as CD39), supplied by Antibodies.com. This unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-180 of human ENTPD1/CD39 (NP_001157655.1). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The reported molecular weight of the target is 80 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500, IHC: 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
