Anti-ENPP2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 2 (ENPP2), also known as autotaxin (ATX), this polyclonal antibody targets a secreted lysophospholipase D enzyme that hydrolyzes lysophosphatidylcholine to generate lysophosphatidic acid (LPA). LPA signals through G-protein-coupled receptors to drive cell migration, proliferation, and survival, making ENPP2 a focal target in cancer, fibrosis, and inflammatory disease research.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry across Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, the unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged as a 100 µl vial. Aliquot upon arrival and store at -20 °C, with -80 °C recommended for long-term preservation; protect from light and limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
