Anti-ENOX2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ENOX2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody. The target is described as a tumor-specific member of the ECTO-NOX family of genes encoding cell surface NADH oxidases; the encoded protein is reported to catalyse hydroquinone or NADH oxidation and protein disulfide interchange, to display prion-like properties, and to undergo alternative splicing that yields multiple transcript variants.

The antibody is raised using recombinant full-length human ENOX2 as immunogen, and the polyclonal reagent detects endogenous levels of ENOX2 protein. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The reported molecular weight is ~70 kDa and SDS-PAGE purity is >95%.
