Anti-ENOX2 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ENOX2 (also referred to as tNOX), unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and has been shown to react with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 411–610 of human ENOX2 (NP_872114.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. According to the manufacturer's storage guidance, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
