Anti-eNOS (phospho S1177) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against eNOS phosphorylated at Ser1177 and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S1177 of human eNOS (NP_000594.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reported molecular weight is 133 kDa.
