Anti-eNOS (Ab-1177) Antibody

Raised in Rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com primary antibody recognizes endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS, also known as NOS3) when phosphorylated at the activating Ser1177 residue. The immunogen corresponds to a region surrounding phospho-Ser1177, making the reagent a useful probe for studying kinase-dependent regulation of nitric oxide signaling, endothelial cell function, and vascular homeostasis. Recommended applications include Western blot detection of the approximately 140 kDa eNOS band and immunofluorescence staining of endothelial tissue, where the unconjugated IgG fraction can be paired with user-selected secondary reagents. The antibody has been validated for reactivity against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, supporting translational research across widely used disease models of hypertension, atherosclerosis, and ischemia-reperfusion injury.
