ENO2, also called Neuron-Specific Enolase (NSE), is the gamma isoform of the glycolytic enzyme enolase. It is expressed predominantly in mature neurons and neuroendocrine cells, and is used as a marker for neuronal differentiation as well as for neuroendocrine tumors including small cell lung carcinoma and neuroblastoma.
This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against ENO2 and has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples. The 47 kDa target is detected across denatured and native conditions, and the polyclonal format allows recognition of multiple epitopes on the protein. The antibody is supplied as 200 µl of liquid antibody for use in immunoblotting and tissue staining workflows.
