Anti-ENG Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CD105, also referred to as Endoglin (ENG). It is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human samples, with additional Mouse reactivity reported by the manufacturer.

The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is supplied as a liquid. It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 290-400 of human CD105/Endoglin (NP_001108225.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 100 kDa.

For Western Blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:1,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
