Anti-Endostatin Antibody [KT60]

This Mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody (clone KT60) from Antibodies.com specifically recognizes human endostatin, the ~20 kDa C-terminal proteolytic fragment of collagen XVIII that functions as an endogenous angiogenesis inhibitor. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a 200 ug liquid preparation and is validated for ELISA and Western blot applications, supporting studies of tumor vascularization, endothelial cell proliferation, and anti-angiogenic therapy research. In Western blot, the antibody detects endogenous endostatin in cell lysates and conditioned media from human tumor and endothelial cell lines, and is useful for tracking endostatin secretion and processing in vitro.
